My name is Eileen Moore and I am a Psychologist. My husband Michael Moore is a Counsellor and Relationship Counsellor. We also run groups and business trainings. I have a long history in education and training in Interpersonal Skills and Conflict Resolution. I have been a Psychologist for 5 years. The population group I work with are male and female adults ranging in age from early 20s to the elderly. My areas of specialisation are Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Sexual Abuse, Self-Esteem and Confidence, Grief and Loss, Life Transition, Sexual Disorders, Stress Management, Conflict Resolution, Career Counselling and Relationship Counselling. I am WorkCover Accredited, and an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Psychologist.My preferred modalities are CBT, including Mindfulness and ACT. I also utilise DBT, Attachment Therapy and Psychotherapy. I work from a Client-Centred and Strength-Based Counselling approach. I believe in empowering the client.
