Since our opening in December 2015 CHOOFAS has become renouned for it's suculent tender full of flavour smoked meats and our freshly made salads. All our meats are cooked in our old style smoker at our premises at Tweed Heads. Cooked in some cases for as long as 11 hours. The art in cooking our ribs is to cook them just long enough for them to fall off the bone and into your mouth and not before.Our signature dish would have to be our Pulled Pork Rolls. Starting with our rolls being baked locally to our special specifications. Our hand pulled pork dressed with our in house made BBQ sauceand our criOur Southern American style meatsWe also provide the popular buffalo wings, deep fried chickenLimited seating
