PRIVATE HIRE ONLY Wallis & Ed is a slick and sleek new café, dining room and bar at the Paris end of Bourke Street. Breakfast includes house-baked muesli, hung yoghurt with pear and vanilla bean compote as well as the hearty W&E Breakfast featuring a Scotch egg with crispy bacon, roast tomato and wild mushroom sauté. The current lunch menu includes Kingfish sashimi, peppered Yellow Fin tuna, goat’s cheese and watermelon salad, little beef burgers and a 17 hour sous vide pork belly, all perfect for sharing. There is also a selection mains such as grilled whiting fillets, chicken Ballotine and winter favourites traditional beef Wellington and duck leg confit.
